Not NAPAS fault but UHAUL didn't put the 2 wheeler or the appliance dolly in the truck. Didn't bother to tell me that so I had to scramble and ended up buying both. 🤷 NAPA did make returning the truck super simple but I wouldnt rent from uhaul again.
They went above and beyond to get the part I needed.
Rented a u-haul from them. The truck was on empty and the guys said I had to return it on 1/8th 9f a tank but put on the receipt that hit had more than a quarter when I got it. So when I returned it with a 1/4 tank that should have been plenty they charged me extra for not having enough gas. Make sire the gas in the truck is the same on the receipt. I guess it my bad for not double checking.
Very helpful staff and they had all the parts I needed on hand!
