The guy that helped me with my car is so kind
Glen was unprofessional and dismissive. My elderly mother simply requested a copy of a receipt, which he refused to provide. He hung up on her after her initial request, and then repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to follow up. I’m not sure why a straightforward request turned into this level of hostility, but this is not how a business should treat its customers. I’ll be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint.

On vacation, on Saturday afternoon, at the hotel my battery died. I called, Chris answered. I told him about my emergency. He offered to bring a battery to the hotel after closing. I told him I did not have tools. After closing he went home got tools and came to the hotel and installed the battery for me. I think this was best example of customer I have ever experienced. What an example of human kindness. Thank you Chis so much.
The staff made this place great. Guy working here saved my friend whose oil cap disappeared. He didn't have the right cap but found her another one that worked and helped her wipe down the engine area. Super wonderful
