Unfortunately experienced an associate unwilling to help a customer. I have never had an issue with Napa stores, they are my go to stop due to the thorough help, research and accuracy of parts. Was told Napa doesn’t have the capability to look up parts by an engine make/model which I have done at Napa stores many times.
Knowledgeable employees with an organized store.
The guys are always knowledgeable and friendly. They work at it.
Charged me $60 for a part when I found one on there website for 14.99!! I’ll never come here again.
