I'm extremely dissatisfied with the pricing policies of local NAPA stores. During the height of the most recent cold snap that was hitting the Northeast my local NAPA store decided that it was a great time to raise the price of Diesel 911 by over 25%. When I asked why the price increase I was told "supply and demand". So I ask what is different when a hardware store does this right before the hurricane? None the answer is situational price gouging. So for a couple dollars made on this purchase NAPA loses my business forever.
Thankful that there's an auto parts store nearby like, the Bristol Napa.
Extremely disappointed. I just purchased a used Cadillac CTS and needed an oil change. My boyfriend came in too purchase what was needed to change the oil. The salesman sold him oil that could not even be used in this car. He trusted his word and changed the oil. The car started sputtering within a day or so after changing..We had too drain the oil and put in the correct oil and now the car is running fine. Unreal! Lesson learned not too go back there and now know the correct oil needed
