Update: Miller Auto employee policy (which no one has ever seen an employee handbook on company policies) will keep your EARNED PTO hours upon ending your position with them. Take your PTO hours before quitting. That's what your hard work gets you at this company!!! Very little pay, lots of job duties, and absolutely no caring for their dedicated employees. Miller Auto aka Napa Warrenton Mo pays their employees very little and your work load is always more than your job description. Counter workers do very little while minium wage drivers are worked to death. Do not recommend this place of employment. New manager will leave customers standing out front, phones ringing off hook, angry customers will walk out, but is more concerned with his ego trip of organizing the place to make good impression on upper mgt instead of worrying about customer service.
