unimpressed bought one small 30$ part(ignition lock cylinder), i asked if i could try it and return it if it did not work (my truck was parked outside) Guy said "we'll see what we can do!" feeling optimistic, i went out and tried the part and sure enough it didnt work so literally a minute after purchasing i tried to return it and he refused. i have also been treated rudely here in the past aswell. Long time local business One of the rare small businesses of this type. With mom and pop shops being shadowed by large corporate big box stores, its nice to see a place like this still in town. The employees are well educated and have a lot to offer in terms of auto parts and advice. The owner Ron takes an active role in his store, and participates in his community. rude customer service rude customer service. I will never go back to the Fern dale Na pa. They do not represent the Na pa name at all. They would not honor a return that had not been opened and had a valid receipt.
