This is the worst napa I’ve been to !!! Last week they overcharged me fo battery and a air filter for a dodge charger Today the parts guy ?? I had never heard of a Chevy starter solenoid a$20 dollar part on there web site tried to sell me a $99 starter instead he said he had to order the solenoid maybe I’d get by Friday by the way there web site says they have it in stock if not they’d have it tomorrow !!! This is the worst napa store I’ve ever been to
The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to return the alternator core easily.
Provides good service their parts are good .
Dont go here all this people are very racist and rude if you are NOT WHITE ,terrible people and Don’t go here ,take your bussines to another place that deserves your money .That's why many businesses go out business ,bc of their poor customer service, remember most if not all businesses depend s on customers if you mistreat them they wont come back bc thank God this is not the only Auto part around that area .Never go here if you are not White !! Racist people
I just experienced one of the things that is difficult to find nowadays, Great service . I was looking for a part for my car and for some reason it has been very difficult to find. Someone told me try Napa , after a couple of days on the phone with a different gentleman who was nice ordered the part for me .
