I never write a review but today I am. I called to ask a simple question and was treated rudely by a cranky old man. He pretty much hung up on me. Very poor customer service!
I called in to cancel an online order and was connected with someone named Bill. When he asked what I ordered, I began to offer my order number, thinking that would be helpful. Before I could finish, he rudely cut me off with a "Whatever! It’s canceled," and hung up on me. Thinking it might have been an accidental disconnection (because surely no professional would hang up on a customer like that), I called back to confirm the cancellation.
