Bought few parts before driving west. They gave me the wrong fuel filter. Came back to return but they were closed. On my return trip out east I attempted to return and was denied due to the box being messed up. Part was fine and basically untouched. When I open a part I expect to use it. Not save the box. Anyway Dog water service and guy at the counter needs a tampon for his meat wallet.
Extremely rude guy that work there, seems like they don’t care about customers, I do not recommend to go there. Worst experience ever.
I just had 2 5ft hydraulic hoses made. He charged a little over $100 each for them!! Yes we should of asked the price first but they cost $30-$40 each everywhere else so I would of never thought a company that's been around that long would rip me off. After I just viewed his reviews I wouldn't expect anything different
Brice's has been around a very long time and although I'm not a mechanic, I can say they always have exactly what you need and are knowedgable and happy to assist. Recently I was in need of a replacement auxiliary battery for a Toyota Prius, not found at big box stores. I knew they'd have it. Went online, was reasonably close however I called to be sure. They have a lot of parts and supplies, but not a friendly place. God help you if you need anything that's not on the computer and need to improvise.
