Mistakenly purchased wrong parts. equally the fault of NAPA employee and me. Used one as best i could, returned others. NAPA replaced the part I used with correct at no cost to me and happily exchanged the others. Great customer service and knowledgeable employees.
We had a wonderful experience with this Napa today. They went above & beyond to help me, with a big drive ahead. It’s so reassuring to have kind quality people helping when you’re away from home.
They are helpful when you don't have all the specifics required and help match the needed part to their inventory. For a small looking location their inventory seems to be large. If they don't have what you need, they can either order it in from the warehouse or suggest where to go. They also fabricate hydraulic lines to your specifications.
