Sent my son down with a section of vacuum line to get more. They asked son to call me to verify what king of line it is. I say VACUUM. Son comes home with 5 feet of FUEL line @ $4 per foot. Not the first time by a long shot they sell you the wrong thing. Walked out once with 2 sets of front brake pads, asked for fronts and matching rear. Come on, man... I really dont want to have to go to Amazon for everything, but its getting harder every day.
I once dealt with ONLY this parts store but since they “remodeled” the interior the layout is terrible and they have a “staff” that is lazy a lacking the basic knowledge needed to do the job properly. I truly hope they do something about this store because I miss what it once was
Good parts, okay prices, not the friendliness of staff, kind of blunt, all of them. Anyway... they have always gotten the parts right and typically fast. Have not had a parts delay which keeps the business rolling. This, they are great at.
