Well now it might be that someone's temper about the issues with their car, get the better of them. Quality takes time and yes unfortunately money!���� Jay and his staff are worth both! Thank you for time, consideration and excellent service. I will be recommending this shop to any one who asks for help with their car!
I don't know what these other people are talking about because Richard was very helpful as always and had my problem fixed very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to bring my automobile there again thank you Richard and Napa Auto
Car in July 9th 2014 8am Car finally checked july 12 2014 Shop unable to fix problem. Richard at the shop talks down to you, when I mentioned I was an electrician and knew something about this he yeld very aggresively at my, I was considering calling the police as I felt he was possible going to fight me. I read the other review on here but should have listen to it. Furthermore there prices where very high, I dont mind if prices are somewhat higher if the service is good. Extremely expensive and slow. I asked why things took so long and were so expensive the owner started swearing and was throwing things around his shop, It took 17 days and two trips for them to get it done. Even now I am not sure if the car will develop any new problems.
