Go here for all my parts and batteries until today. Refused to warranty a battery that was replaced last year and still has the date code on it twice stating 2/24 and it's currently 5/25 because I didn't have my receipt. The battery the legend which carries either a 2 or 3 year warranty. I asked if it was on their system and was told it doesn't work like that here. I will never go to Napa for anything in the future. To the owner/manager, I had a very disappointing experience at this Napa Auto Parts location that I hope you’ll take seriously. I came in to return some items I no longer needed. There were multiple employees behind the counter, and even after I said "hi," no one acknowledged me. When I tried to make the return, the employee went to speak with the manager and then came back to tell me they would prefer not to help with it.
