This place is terrible. People are miserable in this store. I ordered a part online for a ship to store the following day. I called around lunchtime to check the status. Well, after waiting on the phone for 15 mins or more, getting hung up on, calling back and catching a massive attitude from someone, i was told that it was cancelled. Of course napa took my friggin money, and who knows how long that'll take to get back. But the absolute best part is that the store never called, never emailed, never said a damn thing.
