We had an issue with our car on the way to Sequoia, and they helped us resolve it quickly. We were so relieved and really appreciated their support
Very disappointing experience. We stopped near Sequoia Park and were charged $250 (with tax) for tire chains. The worst part is their policy — even if you don’t use the chains, they refuse any returns. The staff clearly stated this upfront, which feels extremely unfair. It honestly feels like they take advantage of travelers who don’t have other options in the area. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and buying from another store where policies are more reasonable.
Friendly staff these guys know their vehicles... they keep my small business rolling and I couldn't do it without him...
They are very friendly, honest and quick service. Point out things that save you later on car expense. Can't say enough ❤️
