Great, honest customer service
My car got a flat tire after a machine screw punctured the tread. I took it to NAPA Auto Parts - Service in Squaw Valley, but after about 30 minutes they told me the tire was unrepairable because of an "internal sidewall issue." I ended up paying $150 for a replacement. Since the damaged tire was only a few months old, I kept it so I could check whether it might be covered under Costco's road hazard warranty.
