Hi Michelle Berger, Sorry about the long delay in seeing and responding to this post. Have you had any more dialogue with the Banks NAPA store manager? We're sorry that he was rude when you asked him about his fluid disposal. We work pretty hard to recycle oil products, including old transmission and hydraulic fluids, and use these fluids to power clean heaters in many of our locations.
