I needed to replace some hydraulic lines on my tractor's front loader and my regular service center didn't have the parts needed. I was referred to NAPA. Not only did the staff go out of their way to help me, including calling another store to verify one last part they didn't have and reserving it for me. But there was a regular customer in there, who was very friendly with the staff that also helped find the part i needed. I would definitely recommend the Danville NAPA to anyone needing parts.
Easy order and pickup.
No complaints about Napa. They seem to have lowered their prices or at least not raised them much. For what I have purchased, their prices seem to be in line with the other parts stores in town. Napa has superior quality, though.
