Cannot recommend them anymore. Called and notified them that we have a Ambulance dead in the water and we need to battery exchange immediately because this unit runs emergency calls for Wellspan EMS. We notified them the location in Maryland was going to do it, but we can't send a driver that far. We were told there is nothing they can do. They didn't even try to help us.
