Have always had great experiences with Kellington and the crew at my local Napa til recently went in and dealt with an older fella believe his name is Dean… I had requested 4 coil packs and 4 spark plugs because the vehicle had almost 300,000 miles and had a bad misfire sending the car into limp mode… Dean argued with me and told me I was wasting my money and that he has never seen all 4 coil packs go bad… long story short to save my time that sadly I’m not being paid to stand there and argue I had taken the one coil pack he... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. The store itself was very nice; however, it was the customer service and poor attitudes that stuck out the most. Young kid behind the counter, who was obviously newer to the job. That was not the problem. We asked for a battery for a key fob and he immediately walked away without asking car make/model. The other lady behind the counter told him he needed to figure out what car it was since they vary depending on make/model. He came out, never said a word.
