I've tried being patient and understanding with the old man there. However, I'm done. We will be setting up an account elsewhere. The old man is lazy, and every time I or my employees go to get something, his attitude is obnoxious as if we're a bother. If you don't like your job, quit. UPDATE: The old man has since retired. Everyone is pleasant to work with and very helpful. Tom has even sent me texts from his personal cell to let us know parts are in.
