I love the old feel of talking to a shop that knows vehicles and knows the clients names.
This is the absolute WORST location of napa ive ever been to very unprrfessonal. I asked for a simple part and everytime they say we will have to do some digging and call u back BUT NEVER DO. all i asked for was a simple part. I will not advise anyone do this location
I ordered a pcv valve and got busy. I never got a call saying it was there. About a week goes by and I went in and they said they sent it back. They were rude and uncaring. I had him order it again, but I ended up getting it from somewhere else because I went into to town unexpectedly anyways. I never got a call saying the second time it arrived either. This is a great store! The manager, Kyle, is always friendly and helpful!
I've never been to a store that has all of ur auto parts and tools like NAPA does. I been going to the Napa store in my hometown for going on 3 yrs and not one time have I been there and not gotten what I came for. Excellent store and I give them an A+ for taking care of me.
