Needed 32” wiper blades for my RV. Couldn’t find them anywhere in town so asked Napa to order a pair of J-hook type for me. They ordered a standard wide hook type, but apparently I need a narrow hook version. I talked to Shannon (store mgr?) Wed morning about them not fitting. She took the initiative to order a second set of the narrow variety even without seeing what my exact problem was. I took my RV in Thurs morning. Took them about 2 minutes to put on the correct type. Took back the core for a deposit return and was looking for a relay and was given the relay right away without the lady even looking up the part. I was impressed by the service and friendly service.
