I placed an online order here a couple days ago and when i placed the order it said it would be ready in 30 mins, when i went to pick it up a couple hours later it wasn't ready and when i was told the spark plugs needed to be transferred from Wisconsin and the person i was speaking to got argumentative when i asked about the order and offered no solution when i said i needed them today.
I had an order placed at your Fargo store (4651). I hade two items set aside for pickup. One of the items was a fluid transfer pump ($5.89). When I arrived at the store to pick up the order on March 10th at 730pm the clerk had swapped out my $5 transfer pump for one that was three times as expensive. He didn’t tell me he did this.
