Fast service, and friendly employees!
Went in for a new battery. Employee working counter walked away when I entered the store and then wouldn’t assist in placing the battery in my car, so unfortunately Napa lost a sale of $199. Customer service and assisting in placing the battery would have gone a long way and a successful sale. Parts City down the road assisted me right away and the battery was better qualify for cheaper
These guys are sooooo knowledgeable and helpful.
