The guy at the Register doesn’t know what he’s doing came to look for bumper brackets and he didn’t know how to search them on the computer ,I asked them where something was in the Store and they said they didn’t sell it when I already knew what aisle it was On Lol , that’s my experience here .
Stopped in to purchase a new air chuck and gauge. Wanted heavy duty truck type! In stock!
This was the third auto parts store I went to looking for an air filter. They were less busy, more friendly, and had what I needed.
My 1 star rating has nothing to do with the employees behind the counter, they have been friendly and helpful whenever I have done business at NAPA. My qualm is with the private owner of the NAPAs in Cache Valley (or whoever is responsible for this asinine policy). I purchased an expensive part from another NAPA location further South as a precaution for my travels with the intent to return the part here in Logan if it was no longer needed.
