Been ordering parts from here and when I get them home they are the wrong parts. In the last 4 transactions I've made here nothing has been correct. I will not be returning. And I'm telling everyone about the issues. I'm sick of it and nobody there seems to really care. Your employees have no idea what they are doing. I will be going somewhere else. BTW I'm not the only one having issues.
No scanner pour customer service they just want to sit and do nothing
I found that this NAPA has excellent service, and timely delivery of parts. The personnel are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They seem to go, very much, out of their way, to serve, and make things right! I salute them!
