I didn't go to the store in person but I did need a difficult to find part that nobody seemed to have in stock (tensioner pulley, not the entire tensioner as it was only the pulley that was needed) but, unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock just like the other parts stores I called. However, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
