The worst customer service ever. Not only did they lock the door in our faces when it was 10 minutes before closing time, but they sold us a two year old battery July 2011. When it died and wouldnt hold a charge by September 2011 they not only refused a refund but essentially accused by husband of trying to rip them off. Never ever go to that NAPA store unless you want to be insulted and ripped off.
