I purchased a rebuilt alternator from this Napa location and it failed after A WEEK, which ended up costing me just over $500, including towing charges. The company Napa purchased the alternator from actually reimburse me for the towing and supplied another alternator but this Napa store did NOTHING to compensate me for the costly 4 day ordeal.
