I went in today because my battery died. I got a new battery right away as my old battery was under warranty, I was told that they were too busy to replace my battery, which I was fine with and I was informed that it wasn't part of their policy to change the batteries out, but as I was waiting for someone that I called to come and replace it Corey came out from inside and changed it for me!
