The two guys working this afternoon (Saturday, December 20) were so helpful! It can be tricky with parts for an ancient Corolla like mine, so I really appreciate it!
Very difficult to get a return and mansplaining attitudes.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The very heavyset guy who works there refused to take a return for an alternator that was brand new, purchased within 30 days with original packaging. He stated because the box was torn on one of the sides. He was super rude and cold about it and wouldn’t even look at my receipt. I right away called the corporate 1 800 number and they stated the worker at the store is was wrong and that I can return with a torn box, it doesn’t matter.
I was in there Sunday morning, and despite an unruly customer cussing out the two young men, who were obviously trying to do their best to help him, both guys kept their cool.
Always a wait. But ok
