Always helpful friendly and knowledgeable
consistently defective parts and TERRIBLE customer service. warranties don’t actually mean anything if the manager Tammy feels like SCAMMING. took our warrantable parts and refused to give the money back so she could “look at them”, decided there was nothing wrong with them and refused to refund until her boss forced her to. we were returning/ warrantying the brakes BECAUSE THEY CAUGHT FIRE…. but per tammy there’s nothing wrong with them! she is completely unhelpful, INCREDIBLY rude, and someone/somewhere i would never in a ... read more
