I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a Power Steering pump from Napa in Clute TX went to Port Lavaca TXfor work and PS pump failed after 4 weeks. Went to Napa in Port Lavaca to exchange since it has lifetime warranty. Short gray haired guy with glasses at PL tells me no the 2 stores are owned by different people so they won't honor the warranty. I said but you're both Napa ? He said that doesn't matter, and I can get mad if I want to but he is not exchanging that part. I said ok well if I came in here to buy a pump and yo... read more
