I like NAPA, but today was the worst experience with them at 6970 S Virginia St, Reno, NV. I bought a battery and installed it right away. There was no power to a car, I asked if a battery is charged, they answered : Yes, of course. I checked all fuses, connections, called a shop and a dealership. They advised to test the battery. I asked NAPA team to test the battery. Battery was dead. They gave me another one, and instead of saying sorry, they just laughed.
