Customer service sucks. They give racist vibes or just intimidated by beautiful African American people.
This is no longer NAPA service. It's Cherry Hill KIA. This was not disclosed. I would not have taken my car here if I had known it was a dealership repair department.
Service department is top notch. All staff I spoke with are very friendly, and Mr. Bill is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I will continue to bring my car here for all future maintenance.
