We went into the store on Allen street. The person working counter on 9/5/2025 between 11-12pm was when we went in, was so rude! He literally said when asked something that its not his problem he only worked there 2 months and we need to speak to manager when he is ever in. It was a simple question. Then when asking to see a book for parts , he got a attitude, started huffing and puffing and said does he really need to go get the book! So ignorant..He was rude to the peoole before us too. This store is as old I can remember living here in Allentown is the only one own by a owner the other ones are in a franchise they been wanting to buy it owner has refuse several times
