Won't return a NIB part that I picked up at a different NAPA store in town. What's the point of being a chain/franchise if you have to return to the original point of purchase. Stick to Autozone/O'Reilly's/etc if you are in a situation where you can't just wait to order better parts online for cheaper, at least they have the franchise congruency figured out nationwide. *Side note - was informed by the employee at the original store that any online NAPA order delivered to your house cannot be returned to a NAPA store.
