Appreciate for unloading,was supposed to arrive 2 days ago but due to persistence issues on the road wasn't able until today Friday,we really appreciated this will allowed me go fixed my truck 😀 in a timely manner bless u all.
Ordered an important part, they called me the next morning to inform me it had arrived at their store. I driver 100+ miles to the store ti be told the part wouldn’t be delivered until the next day.
We ended up in NAPA due to a bad alternator on our skoolie. The website showed they had one, and they did have it. The people were very kind and helpful. Brian, and others, even helped with the work and loaned personal tools. This is a place that know its stuff! Within a couple of hours we were back in vacation mode!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The old guy helping us was quick and knowledgeable. He remembered more about replacing the part than I did, he did it last over 20 years ago and I did one 5 years ago. He must have had more coffee than me that's at least my story.
