Rude employees, ordered parts online and for them to be pulled. Was already bought and paid for and they charge me another $15 ? Used to be best parts shop in town. Not anymore.

I purchased windshield wipers on 28 Oct. The sales rep that assisted me was professional and helped me get some wipers for my vehicle. I really just needed the passenger side wiper. The sales rep was persuasive and sold me a full set of wipers and said he’d install them for me. I figured, why not? Sale was made and we walked out to my car in the parking lot for the installation. He removed the passenger side wiper from the wiper arm and, because it was spring loaded, it released and the metal wiper arm hit my windshield. He ... read more
