Went into order a part the counter person told me he could not help me at that time. That’s not the first time I have heard complaints about that store.
If I could hit 20 stars Napa would get em all NAPA RULEZ!!!!
I came in needing a new battery, but the car was new to me and I had no idea what I needed to look for. Dave and Taylor were absolutely phenomenal at getting me what I needed, and were incredibly kind when the first battery didn’t work out. I work nearby and this is gonna be the auto store I go to from now on!
Fast service. Place is immaculate. Brand new store. Just got the NAPA sign put up. Sale price on oil was worth it. Bought a NAPA Gold oil filter for my Lexus. I think they are best oil filter on the market.
