Total nightmare of a place. Staff is awfully rude. They are complaining about everything, always. Every single order has an issue, whether parts missing or incorrect parts in the box. I use NAPA for better quality replacement parts but the hassle of going to this place makes me go to Oriellys or even worse, Autozone... Super unfortunate. Hopefully it turns around, I'm rooting for you Napa.

Excellent experience at this NAPA location! The employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. The store was also very well-stocked and clean.
