Ordered online. Sucks. Blame game. Online Pick up tomorrow, Buy click done. 3 days later, uh ops sorry, parts are coming from the other side of the World. Sad
Purchased an item at one NAPA location and attempted to return it at this location within the stated return window. The item was unused and in original packaging. The store refused the return, citing inventory and franchise ownership differences, despite no indication on the receipt that cross-store returns were restricted.
