Took my Mom here to get a new battery, it was still under warranty but she didn't recall where she bought it. Turns out Napa doesn't even carry the brand. Tonya was patient and extremely helpful, we got what we needed so my mom could drive today. Thank you for your help!
I just wanted to give Duane a nice review. His customer service was impeccable. I went in to get some screws for my license plate. Immediately he walked to me and asked me can I help you . I need it some screws for my license plate. He went to get the screws and he also went out his way to put them on my car. He had a little struggle, but continued until he got it right. I really appreciate him for taking the time out to help me put on my license plate. Thank you You’re awesome
Duane was awesome and knew exactly where a fuel filter I needed to fix or old Ram cummins that was stuck was. Really got me out of a bond after multiple other stores said they had to order one and one have me the wrong part.
