I needed to bring back a pair of jumper cables. I have never used them. I just bought them 2 days ago and I had my receipt. All I got was a excuse?? I DON'T UNDERSTAND?? IF I PURCHASED THEM AT NAPA AND THIS STORE WORKER SAID THIS WAS A NAPA STORE... ISN'T RETURNS PART OF THE JOB OF EVERY STORE??
I'd love to come get something and get the right thing the first time. Check what u get and make sure it's right.
