Ordered belts online. tried to return online order to store when I went to pick up the correct belts from store. Guy said he looses money if he took the return I said fine took my belts back and said u will also not make any and walked out

I'm wondering if you know how to reengage a stop-measure on one of the lower tabs on a 2003 Retro Encabulator?? I bought one to replace my 2001 Hydro Encabulator and I've been having trouble with it. The only reason I was convinced to purchase it in the first place was because I was told that there was a hydroscopic sinusoidal radioactive dingle arm that could simultaneously and sacreligiously recalibrate my 1986 series one. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
