Stopped by to get a cabin air filter for my car and they didn’t have it in stock. The girl at the counter was really nice and said she would order one even though I said I wouldn’t need it by then. I called later and asked for it to be held in case I needed it if the other place didn’t have it. Michela called and let me know they had the part. By this point I already replaced it.
