This location sold us a defective electrical part which caused our truck to catch fire 30 minutes after installing it and destroying other starting system components. Hundreds of dollars in damage. This company won't even refund the price of the part never mind the damage caused and labor to replace. Keep your family safe. Don't shop here!
I'm planning to do any future purchases of parts at Napa.My last experience trying to find a part for my car was bad,I went to all the nearby auto parts stores and they either didn't have my part or it was so expensive(probably trying to sell me a whole set when it was only one needed)that it was so unprofesional.O'reillys was't too bad,but CARQUEST OF BURIEN they were so rude!!!they made me stand waiting while they talked to a customer paying for a quart of oil for a long time,obviously they not on the bussines of helping c... read more
napa in burien is a great place to do business i buy between $1500 and $2500 dollars worth the parts a month as i do restoration work on older cars and trucks (el camino's @60's chev trucks and i always go there first!!! i will never go to autozone rude as the devil there shucks is now a little better now that it is o'rilleys but none of them have near the intelligence that the counter people at napa has..thanks for all your help steve carlson
