I experienced aggressively rude employees. Came in to get a part for a friend. A large in weight Hispanic dude asked me how the part was ordered, I said idk which I proceeded to dial my friend, but his snarky response was that he didn’t know either while raising his voice like I said he did. Ezra is the BEST!
I went to Napa Auto Parts on the 19th of August to get a very obscure part for my friend’s very old van I was driving. My first representative was less than stellar and I had to go back as it was not the correct part. But I then had the pleasure of getting help from Ezra G.
