Michael I think it was Michael Carr was extremely rude. He said he was looking at parts but he’s doing nothing on his screen wasn’t able to get my part will never go back there again I very rarely leave reviews definitely not bad reviews but how are you gonna give me the finger on the way out. Why does this guy still have a job why is this place still open. You’re gonna hire hoodlums and people that can’t respect customers and then I’m not gonna shop at your business
The clerk at this store tried telling me that locking lug nut keys had different sizes and asked me for vehicle type when I told him they're the same. 0/10 knowledge, and 0/10 customer service. Dude sighed at me when he was in the wrong. I'm a mechanic bro, you sell parts. Humble yourself. Dont buy parts here. Even if they were vehicle specific and not aftermarket, I asked for a master set. Master sets are not manufacturer specific big dawg.

One of the worst NAPA stores I ever been to in my life absolutely horrible experience, Customer service was absolutely terrible stood in line for 15 minutes for a light that I already paid for from another store absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend not to go to this location.
Real bad attitude! Nasty and very unprofessional! The people at the front act like your bothering them !!! The light skin older guy already look rough and stressed out and he balls his face up at his customers and is very rude with a ignorant remark !!! Definitely need to change his attitude a ugly attitude on a ugly face is unmatched!!! And his co worker was rude on the phone as well ! I wouldnt recommend because I doubt they'll help you anyways. Seem to be there just to burn up the clock that's all
