One of the worst NAPA stores I ever been to in my life absolutely horrible experience, Customer service was absolutely terrible stood in line for 15 minutes for a light that I already paid for from another store absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend not to go to this location.
Real bad attitude! Nasty and very unprofessional! The people at the front act like your bothering them !!! The light skin older guy already look rough and stressed out and he balls his face up at his customers and is very rude with a ignorant remark !!! Definitely need to change his attitude a ugly attitude on a ugly face is unmatched!!! And his co worker was rude on the phone as well ! I wouldnt recommend because I doubt they'll help you anyways. Seem to be there just to burn up the clock that's all

These guys (Chuck) saved me big time! I put my 2094 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7L on the lift for a transmission fluid change.. I bought everything I needed from a huge online auto parts store. After removing the transmission oil pan, draining the fluid in go to put the new filters on, only to find out i have the wrong one. I called several stores around.
