I’ve been in a couple times to pick up parts. Older dude always comes over to make comments about me disappearing in aisles. I realized on my latest visit it’s theft management behavior, meanwhile I’m just on my phone looking up what specific part I need for my rig. I’ve also never seen them treat others like that. Parts I brought do not fit. I have to return them.
I am very impressed with the NAPA Kasota Ave location. All of the staff working there were very helpful today! I had to call to check if the battery for my car was in stock, because their website kept sending me to another store and I could not change it. They need more work on their website! Ron was helpful when he answered the phone, but he was at lunch when we got there. However, he communicated well with the other staffs.
