They advertise knowledge about parts? These people dont know anything. I will never go back. Employees very rude and not helpful at all. Ended up going to OReilleys in Herrin, not only did I get the right part, I saved money and got a better warranty. Need to update the address books on this one, they are on RT 13 in Carterville. Flying under the NAPA name.
RUDE Employees! This business is not worthy of even a star.. They have some of the rudest employees I have ever met! I will never return there again. The service is lousy and you don't get as much help as other parts stores that I have been to! Skip this one and go down the road!
