Blew a radiator hose nobody had it not even Napa but the guy there dug threw probly 300 hoses to find one the same shape and size would have been absolutely stranded if not for them
I believe computers came on the scene 40+ years ago… when I called to get a copy of a receipt I was told no. I asked why with the exact date/time and credit card they couldn’t look it up in their system and they said we can’t. Maybe they’re just untrained? Or more likely they just didn’t want to be bothered. I went to another NAPA and was told that looking it up isn’t a problem. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
