The manager was very helpful.
I went in to get my front brake rotors turned. I’ve been going to this NAPA for years, so when I was quoted $60 per rotor, that’s $120 for both, I was floored. At most, rotors take 10-15 min each of the machine shops time. So are they charging $240 per hour for shop time? No thank you!
